Harshman & Company is a firm of Certified Public Accountants. Its principals have over 50 years of experience serving businesses of all sizes in the Atlanta market and beyond.
The firm and its principals are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and of the Private Companies Practice Section of the Institute. We provide accounting, tax and business consulting services to closely-held businesses, not-for-profit organizations and individuals.
Our focus is on helping you meet the challenges of your business today and plan for the opportunities of the future. We believe that the relationship we have with our clients is the most important factor in both our success and yours. We are here to help you achieve your goals. We do that by helping you with the financial and tax aspects of your business so that you can concentrate on the things that have made and will continue to make you and your business successful. Our goal is to give you peace of mind when it comes to dealing with increasingly complex and often frustrating aspects of the financial and tax environment in which all businesses must operate.
Although Harshman & Company as a ‘stand-alone’ firm is relatively new, most of our clients have worked with our professionals for many years. Many of our clients have been with us for over 20 years and some have been working with us for more than 30 years.
It is the focus on building strong client relationships that makes a difference – both to our clients and to us.
Bill takes the time to understand his client’s operation in order to provide personalized services at a reasonable cost. I have always found him to be current on all tax laws and options for minimizing tax while being fully compliant. He is a high-vault partner to our business.
Bill Harshman is, in the simplest terms, my CPA. But he is much more. Many people have told me that Bill is one of Atlanta’s most knowledgeable tax professionals. He truly enjoys tax policy and does a great job breaking it down for people like me.
Further, he has acted as mentor and even a CFO. When my dad passed away a few years ago, Bill stepped in and helped me through some very difficult situations. Most people would not have taken the time. This is indicative of the type of customer service that Bill consistently delivers – and this is because he cares.
